Do you offer a design service?Yes, a design service can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

How do I upload my picture for a personalised photo order?Once you have placed your order, please email JDworkshops@outlook.com with the photo for your order.

Is there a miniumum photo quality that you accept?Yes. Photos require to be a minimum of 1MB to ensure suitable image quality Orders may be rejected if image quality is not good enough.

Can personalised orders be returned?No, personalised orders are made to order to customers' unique requirements and as such cannot be returned unless faulty on receipt. Seconds products are bought in the knowledge that they are not perfect and therefore cannot be returned.
